As President of Grabill & Company Real Estate Advisors, Patrick Grabill leverage over five decades of experience in brokerage, development, and property management to deliver strategic solutions and exceptional results. His track record includes brokering and developing over 1,200 acres of residential land, leading landmark projects such as Victorian Gate in Columbus, Corbin’s Mill of Dublin, Woodside of Marysville, Fancyburg Park in Upper Arlington, Lowell Trace of Dublin, and Old Dublin Town Center I & II, successfully managing high-profile transactions for major investors, owners, and institutions. Deeply connected within the Central Ohio community, Patrick is passionate about enhancing local real estate through trusted advisory, historic preservation, and strategic land development.

After graduating from Upper Arlington High School and Miami University with a BS in Business Management, Steve began his real estate career in property management with an emphasis on multifamily properties and real estate investments. He began his industry leadership roles by serving as President of Chapter 42 of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). His contributions to the Columbus Board of Realtors include incorporating commercial activity into the MLS and formalizing recognition of the Commercial Section of CBR, serving on numerous committees, and serving as its Chairman. An emphasis on ethical practices led to several years of service on the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees of CBR. His business leadership includes Vice President of Mauger Management, Vice President of King Thompson Realtors, President and Co-Founder of Commercial One Realtors, and Broker with Grabill & Company LLC. With responsibility for over $200,000,000 in sales and leasing, Steve has a wealth of experience representing individual, corporate, and institutional clients.
