Le Chatelaine French Bakery opened in mid-2007 on the ground floor of this new downtown Dublin urban infill professional center. This 5,500-square-foot restaurant offering café-style French cuisine is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.

Another 5,500 square feet of office condominium space has been leased to a growing technology company that was a former tenant of Dublin Town Center I. Their desire to stay in a convenient, quaint downtown Dublin location was a primary reason they chose to relocate to this new center when they needed new space.

Like its sister, Dublin Town Center II has been developed in cooperation with planning officials from the City of Dublin. Grabill & Company also has taken extra care to ensure that downtown Dublin retains its historic atmosphere while serving the office condominium owners and patrons, as well.
